This is a single sided polyester tape designed for splicing, sealing and decorative finishing.

Material: Polyester

Repulpable Splicing Tape (4441)

Repulpable Splicing Tape enquiry

Single sided splicing tape for core starting and end tabbing of paper reels as well as for general taping jobs in the paper industry where repulpability is required. On account of its specific elongation properties this tape is especially suited for edge protection of paper and cardboard reels during transport. Good shear resistance and good tack, without protective liner, good repulpability over full pH range (pH3 - pH9).

Material: Paper

Repulpable Splicing Tape (4446)

Repulpable Splicing Tape enquiry

A single sided splicing tape for manual splicing applications in the paper industry, low web and winding with tensions. For bonds requiring repulpability in paper and cardboard, manufacturing and converting industries. The green adhesive clearly marks the spliced area. Good tack combined with practice proven shear resistance. Water soluble adhesive over full pH range (pH3 - pH9).

Material: Paper

Repulpable Splicing Tape (4447)

Repulpable Splicing Tape enquiry

A single sided splicing tape for manual splicing in paper manufacture and processing. It is also suitable for splicing of light weight aper. The tape is release coated. Also available as PV1 with fully repulpable release liner as well. The very high shear adhesion can resist high web tension at high temperatures of 220 degrees C short term. Used on rewinders, cross cutters and on printing machines. The green adhesive clearly marks any spliced area. Water soluble adhesive over full pH range (pH3 - pH9).

Material: Paper

Repulpable Splicing Tape (51913)

Repulpable Splicing Tape enquiry

A very thin double sided splicing tape for static/manual splices in the paper industry. Especially suited for light paper grades requiring very thin splice areas for good runnability. Due to its special adhesive formulation it is also suitable for splicing of carbonless copying papers. Characteristics; high shear resistance combined with good tack; repulpable silicone coated liner; good repulpability over full pH range (pH3 - pH9).

Material: Paper

Repulpable Splicing Tape for Flying Splices (51914)

Repulpable Splicing Tape for Flying Splices enquiry

A double sided splicing tape for flying splice applications in the paper industry. It has good shear resistance combined with excellent tack on account of it's soft adhesive formulation. 51914 is equipped with a repulpable silicone coated paper liner and offers very good repulpability over full pH range (pH3 - pH9). 51914 is especially suited for; very high machine speeds requiring a very high degree of immediate tack; splicing of carbonless copying papers; flying splice of newsprint in rotary printing.

Material: Paper

Repulpable Splicing Tape for Manual Static Splices (51912)

Repulpable Splicing Tape for Manual Static Splices enquiry

A double sided splicing tape for manual/static splice applications in the paper industry. It has a very high shear resistance combined with an excellent bond on account of its hard adhesive formulation. The tape offers very good repulpability over full pH range (pH3 - pH9) and is equipped with a fuly repulpable silicone coated release liner. 51912 is suitable for use on rewinders, calanders, sheeters as well as other machinery. The hard adhesive formulation prevents adhesive bleeding or seepage under pressure even with light paper grades, therefore, safely avoids blockage of paper layers inside the reel. The green tinted adhesive allows for fast and easy identification of the splice area.
